Early exposure to luxury automotive operations introduced him to world-class standards of quality, precision, and customer service. Soon after, he embarked on a transformative career journey in the Kingdom of Bahrain, joining Ebrahim K. Kanoo in 2014 as a Service Consultant for Toyota.
His dedication, professionalism, and customer-focused approach quickly distinguished him among his peers. Within a few years, he was entrusted with increasingly specialized responsibilities, eventually transitioning into the ultra-luxury automotive sector with McLaren Bahrain.
As his career progressed, he successfully led operations across some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, including McLaren, Pagani, XPENG, Deepal, and Kanoo Performance.
Today, as Senior Manager – Business Operations at Kanoo Motors, Gino oversees strategic operations, commercial growth initiatives, operational excellence programs, and organizational transformation projects while maintaining strong relationships with global automotive manufacturers and stakeholders.
His leadership has contributed to the successful development of high-performance luxury automotive operations while supporting the emergence of electric mobility and future transportation solutions within the Gulf region.
